A systems shop, not a marketing agency
Sanaku builds and runs the unglamorous infrastructure underneath a business: the front door, the phone, the follow-up, and where the data demands it, AI that never leaves the building.
Most agencies sell attention. They will get more people to look at you, and then hand the result to whatever you already had, which is usually a phone that rings out after six and a follow-up process living in one person's head. The attention gets bought twice: once by you, and once by the competitor who answered when you did not.
Sanaku works at the other end. We assume the demand exists and ask what happens to it. That question leads to four systems, and each one is sold on its own because most businesses only need one of them fixed before the others start to matter.
Three commitments worth holding us to.
You own the output
Source files and workflow documentation are delivered, not licensed. If this relationship ended tomorrow your systems would keep running and someone else could maintain them.
Disclosure by default
Any AI that speaks to your customers says that it is an AI. No invented staff names, no pretending. In regulated fields it stays well clear of advice.
We will talk you out of things
If automating a process is not worth the money yet, or a use case should not touch AI at all, you will hear that on the first call rather than after the invoice.
Built, watched, and adjusted.
These systems are not sculptures. They need monitoring, adjusting as the business changes, and someone who answers when something breaks at an inconvenient hour. What that involves depends on which parts you are running and how hard. You get the specifics on the scoping call, before anything is built.
Start with the half that is leaking.
A short call, no pitch deck, and an honest answer about whether we are the right people for it.
